Can be created by having both The Left Hand and The Right Hand in the same room, or holding both at once. If either of them is a golden trinket, The Middle Hand created will also be golden.
Unlock: Convert a Red Chest into a Dire Chest (check the Dire Chest page), or create The Middle Hand.
